Lectionary

We follow the Revised Common Lectionary in our worship at First Baptist. To facilitate preparation for worship and better understanding of God’s message for us, we encourage everyone to view the Old Testament, Psalm, Epistle, and Gospel Bible readings for each week.

While we had been posting the weekly Lectionary on these pages, these readings can be found in VERY MANY other places. So rather than reinvent the wheel, we encourage you to bookmark and utilize the site below for reference of the Lectionary.
